We invest many years of preparation into our careers. But where can we get the necessary training in the most important areas of our lives: Family, partnership, and parenting? The FOKUS LEBEN team would like to offer their support while you are starting a family. Our courses and consultation programs are there to assist you and provide orientation and security during that very important time in your life. You will also have the opportunity to meet and dialogue with others in our groups and courses.

We offer courses all around childbirth and early parenting (e.g. birth preparation, postnatal exercise classes, and PEKiP) at five locations in Berlin: Friedrichshain, Pankow, Prenzlauer Berg, Marzahn, and Lichtenberg/Karlshorst.

Some of our staff are English-speaking and offer midwife care and courses in English or English/German.
