Postnatal gymnastics is a special muscle training for women after childbirth. It is particularly about strengthening the abdominal muscles and the pelvic floor that have been stretched through pregnancy and childbirth. Through targeted, gentle training of these muscle groups in the course, we counteract later women's ailments. Shoulder exercises and massages help us to loosen up the neck muscles that are tense from breastfeeding and a lot of carrying.

With music we really get going.

There are also valuable tips how to deal with the baby.

The baby can be with you all the time and, if necessary, can be picked up, calmed down or breastfed. If you have a lovely babysitter, you can of course come to the course without a child.

The conclusion is a round of talks with the opportunity to exchange ideas with the midwife and with one another.

In our opinion, online courses are a very good alternative to face-to-face courses.
